Basic Tune Up Cost: $25

Most AEG’s come with an okay shim job.  No gun that comes from a factory will have a better shim job than what I’ll give you. Also, The lube in most guns (especially clones) is a green crap that doesn’t really do much. This tune up service will get your gun to shoot beautifully while prolonging its life vastly.

  • Reshim and regrease the gearbox using precision .01 shims and white lithium grease. This ensures smooth movement of the gears so they can operate their highest potential. Reshimming also reduces gearbox whine drastically.
  • Adjust the Motor height. This increases pinion gear and bevel gear along with reducing the high-pitched whine from the gearbox.
  • Disassemble, clean, and lubricate the hop-up and barrel. This will increase accuracy, and if you have never had it cleaned, the improvement will be much more drastic.
